This shit sneaks up on us so quickly! The best and busiest time of the year is jam packed full of work parties, happy hours and family gatherings. Each social event requires its own unique look, and we want to be both fashionable and festive. How? How? How?! Well..all I can give you is advice discovered through my own holiday panic. Tip 1. Black booties (heeled or flat) are a great basic shoe choice for most social occasions. A holiday happy hour, high school reunion or coffee with an old friend are all perfect for rocking some simple booties. They go with EVERYTHING. Try pairing them with opaque tights and a sweater dress. Boom. Holiday Hot. 2. Red lips are ALWAYS festive. I push the red lip pretty hard this time of year and it comes up quite often. Why? Because red lipstick solves life's problems. Kind of. But it's classic and holiday chic AF. Ya I said "AF." And 3. Faux fur is also a seasonal staple. Don't underestimate JUST how fanced-up you can become when thrown into the mix. 4. Sparkly statement earrings! Anything that catches light and makes people stare is a holiday winner in my book. You just can't go wrong.
